REAL Certified is the nationally recognized mark of excellence for food and foodservice operators that have gone through a rigorous process to evaluate the healthfulness and sustainability of the food being served. By opening their operations to a REAL Registered Dietitian (RD), and passing certification, Molinari’s has ranked in the top tier of restaurants, nationwide, for excellence in holistic best practice.

Each letter in “REAL” stands correspondingly for “Responsible”, “Epicurean”, “Agricultural”, and “Leadership.” This means that Molinari’s goes above and beyond the REAL standards of nutrition, food preparation, and sourcing. Specifically, Molinari’s was recognized for their practice of scratch-cooking, using healthy non-GMO oils, sustainable ingredient sourcing, and seasonal menu options. Additionally, they source certified humane animal products and minimize their overall environmental impact through a series of waste management practices.
